Associate Director of Customer Service Operations
Gregory Lonnqvist is responsible for managing and continually developing the contact center at UHealthSolutions, ensuring that services provided to clients meet or exceed contractual requirements and expectations.
Since joining the organization in 2002, Lonnqvist has held a variety of roles, including supervising billing and appeals, serving as the assistant manager of compliance activities, and overseeing programs. He previously worked at CVS Pharmacy and Simplex Time Recorder.
Lonnqvist received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Fitchburg State University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified by Aveta Business Solutions, and a Certified HIPAA Professional through HIPAA Academy.
